Hani's office is very slow. Now that might be the circumstances but however its the people in the office as well. First, Nevin is very forgetful and is not organized at all. Don't make the mistake i made.
He didn't care about my case at all. He was supposed to review some paperwork that he never did. adding to that he showed up late to the appointment at the imigration's office. lost 1000 dollers for nothing.

Replied last April 18, 2019Thank you for your review. I am open to constructive criticism but what you have stated is not true. Your mother's case was denied 4 previous times by USCIS and you hired me to do an appeal. I explained that appeals after this many denials are very hard. I worked with your mother physician to review the medical report even giving her 2 pages of notes about what she should write, but the physician still filed the wrong documents with USCIS with an incomplete response to a question. You asked me to do an unethical thing and to change something in the document, and I refused to do that. Finally, I arrived at 2:25 for our 2:30 appointment, and my office had contacted you and said that I will be there at 2:30 exactly. I understand that you are frustrated by the result, but please do not lay the blame on me when I worked really hard to make a very bad situation work for your mother.

Do not hire if you care about your case
I wouldn't recommend Hani as a lawyer to anyone. My experience with him was So bad. He doesn't give your case any care. We expected him to help us file our asylum case, but he left us till last moment without giving it a dam so we had to write everything our selves. Of course we did not make it with ...
