Deiter did exactly what he said, and litigated, even though it was hopeless. Highly recommend.
Had a civil fraud case, causes of action include standard breach and fraud causes. The attorney was taking a shot at me with the "fraud" just to spice it up and attempt to recover money from a bond. I asked Deiter to make the fraud go away. He did just that, immediately. He then tried to litigate aga...
