Kiran Nair is the founder of K Nair Law Group, P.C. Ms. Nair is licensed by the California State Bar and authorized to practice before the Executive Office of Immigration Review, United States Department of Justice and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Nair has been practicing for over 10 years since June 2005, successfully representing non-citizens before the Immigration Courts in California and Arizona, and Board of Immigration Appeals. Her professional background in criminal defense has been extremely valuable in representing non-citizens with criminal convictions before the Immigration Courts and agencies of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
