Kenneth Jay Kaplan

I first consulted with Mr. Kaplan in November of 2014. Since then I have consulted with Mr. Kaplan many times. In reading the other reviewer's comments, I agree with what is a repeated theme about Mr. Kaplan, he is thorough and provides good arguments that can setup an appeal for an adverse ruling by... lower court judges. As a pro se litigant, having an attorney like Mr. Kaplan to consult with is an absolute necessity!

I have had the privilege of engaging the legal wisdom and knowledge of Mr. Ken Kaplan for the past several years. I have found his responses to be prompt, his research to be impeccable and in-depth, his summaries, conclusions, and direction to be invaluable. I am a licensed contractor in the State ...of California, hold a Real Estate License and am licensed with the NMLS Registry as well as owning and operating a large company specializing in termite and pest control work.
