I have had an extremely unusual life and career, which spans multiple industries.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, I worked as technical writer, software developer, information technology officer, graphics designer, advertising copywriter, partner in a regional computer retailer, and as a professional recording musician/composer.
My practice of law is unique. I emphasize settling cases out of court and avoiding large legal expenses. I have had many clients who I have never met in person, because I deal with them entirely by email over the internet. I don't operate a traditional law office. I have no receptionists, legal assistants, paralegals, etc. And, because I have no overhead, I can frequently provide services at substantially lower cost than can any other attorney in my locale.
If you're looking for a lawyer who will make you and your legal issues his top priority -- someone who will answer your questions at 2 AM on a Saturday night -- then I hope you will consider retaining my services.
Note: All reviews provided by my clients to Avvo have been voluntary. No one has been paid to write a positive review about me or my services.
Ken Kaplan, Esq.
