Really Knowledgeable and Patient

I'm originally from China and very much unfamiliar with US law system. I asked Ken questions about property bought solely and separately under a marriage. He gave a very detailed and comprehensive answer which made me understand a "Marital Property Agreement" is the best way to protect my separate pr...operty. I'm a foreigner and have lots of questions. Ken is really patient and answers all my doubts. He also helped me to draft a "Marital Property Agreement" and explains to me everything I don't understand, and teach me step by step how to sign it in front of notary. I would highly recommend him to all my families and friends.

A Lawyer You Can Trust

I’ve worked with many attorneys over the last three decades. I’ve never known any of them to be as straight forward and capable as Ken. He is genuinely concerned about the well-being of his clients. He doesn’t waste time and has a tendency to get right down to the crux of the matter. This is exactly ...what everyone needs in a lawyer. The best part about Ken is that he is a troubleshooter. He can find problems in legal documents that may go unnoticed by others. His knowledge and experience give me the confidence to proceed in any situation, knowing that Ken is there to back me up. I needed Ken’s help for an adverse judgement appeal and he not only pointed me in the right direction, he managed to find out quickly that the judge was contradicting the terms of the judgement. Without lawyers like Ken, we are at the mercy of a justice system that is not always a benefit to the public. I strongly recommend Ken for legal help.

Worth every penny.

I was involved in a Unlawful Detainer case recently. We had gotten into a settlement agreement without an attorney representing us, stupidly. After making contact with Ken I realized he wasn't your usual attorney. He is very, and I mean very, knowledgeable about the law and will tell you straight... up what your up against. Anyways our case involved a retailitory action from our landlord based on a repair and deduct. Had we not got ourselves in the settlement agreement Ken would've been able to save our home from being taken. But due to us making contact so late in the proceedings we were unable to file the correct motions in a timely manner. The judge ordered an entry of default and we are still fighting even though we will probably not win. If we had the funds to fly Ken to Northern California to represent us we would've in a heartbeat. So would I recommend Ken Kaplan as an attorney, a better question would be are you stupid enough to let this mans knowledge of the legal system pass you by? Don't be a fool and do yourself a favor and hear him out. You won't be disappointed in him I assure you. It's more likely you'll be like me and wished you had found him in the beginning instead of the end.

Ken is an amazing and trustworthy Lawyer!!

Ken was extremely friendly and trustworthy right from the start. He didn't engage in conversation like some greasy lawyer just looking for billable hours to take your money. He was very thorough and knowledgeable with regard to what my legal issue and how we could proceed and explained to me in detai...ls all options available; I was stuck with a nasty law firm in NY that was trying to steal my money and we were able to reach a reasonable settlement agreement at the end. Ken will continue to be my go to contact going forward should I run into any more issues requiring his legal expertise and experience. Thanks again Ken for all of your time and assistance!
