Don't be afraid to change lawyers
My husband talked me into using the same lawyer ('our' friend Tom Kamph)to save money. Tom told me 3 times that even though I had been married 21 yrs....I was NOT allowed spousal support. Wrong. I was intitled to at least 1/2 the years I was married. I got my own lawyer before he made me loose EVE...
