I would never hire this attorney again
Noel Torgerson overcharged and prolonged my case. He represented he could do certain things in my case but once he received my deposit and I was in for 90,000.00 he threw in the towel. I realized what a mistake I had made by hiring him. Strongly recommend against hiring this attorney!
