Failed miserably and lies, lies, and more lies he is about
Mark was assigned to my case in 2013. After almost 2 years of me giving him straight up evidence and many other important documents, plus Mark saying how much the case should be worth, he bailed on me the last minute and stated out of nowhere the case doesnt have merit and we are gonna lose. He abandoned my case and does not have a license to practice in California Fed Courts
I paid him a lot of money and he abandoned me after he agreed to file my appeal. Now my case is dismissed and I have no where to go. He lost his license in September 2014 for failing to file a brief in another case.
