I feel sorry for anyone being represented by dorman & suarez , they are the defense for my work comp case. They are slow to do anything and never respond. They filed dor for my settlement conference but didn't yet have the clearance of edd lein. We came to a verbal agreement where they informed th...e judge and asked for a 30 day remeet... it took over 30 days to receive my c&r documents which I've signed and my attorney returned to them now here we are another 30 days later and they still haven't filed the c&r. Their excuse is that they can't get ahold of edd which is funny because I was able to get ahold of them and I asked for the clearance of lein but unfortunately they won't release it to me because the worthless attorneys have to request it. You'd think it wouldn't be that hard for him to do being that he works from home
