I could not have asked for a more supportive, thorough and professional experience during the very difficult family court experience. If you are searching for a family law attorney, you are undoubtedly in the midst of choices you never prepared for or thought you would have to make. Throughout my... experience from initial phone call through the literal final day in court, I felt well taken care of and I was confident the best interest of my children was always at the forefront of the case. There are no words big enough for the gratitude I feel when thinking about the immense role Robert played in my paternity case. I pretty much begged him to take my case after coming across his website; it being the only one I have seen to date that acknowledges the game changer that is dealing with ...a personality disordered ex in the family court system. I had no prior knowledge of Robert's reputation or skill-set when I first contacted his offices, which was after ten months with another firm who made very limited to no progress in my case and who was falling victim to the same manipulative behaviors I was attempting to escape. He knew my goals of settlement and worked towards those objectives throughout my case. He understood!! In four months Robert had my case concluded with very nearly close to all I had desired in the final court orders. Worth every single cent and more! Only regret is that Robert wasn't on my case from the very beginning! Robert once stated to me that in years to come I would forget about him/his firm and move into a new life. I'd say on this he is wrong. It is because of his expertise and willingness to learn about what his client's go through that my life was positively altered forever. I'm very cost conscious but when you're in the fight of your life, responding to false allegations, protecting a long standing career/reputation, and fighting for future time with your children, YOU CAN'T AFFORD to cut corners to save a dime or two. Don't make any future regrets, do the right thing. If you're looking for a firm that looks out for you, that works as a team on your case, that treats you like family. I have to say I don't think any other team could make you feel the way they treated me. I have to be honest, they make you feel impor...tant, like your case is first priority. They're always available and able to answer any questions, you'll never feel ignored or pushed aside. A few friends of mine who had gone threw similar cases said they had totally different experiences with well known law firms. They were amazed at the way they were handling my case and how they treated me like a person and not just like some poor sap. I first contacted two different law firms before speaking with Robert, I then contacted one more law firm just to shop around and get the right attorney for the right price in my budget. The three other firms I spoke with seemed bland like they were speaking to another pile of paperwork and/or were way over my budget. Farzad Family Law was not the cheapest of the four but just a bit over my budget. When I spoke to Robert he maid me believe every good thing I read about him and his firm and even after I told him I would have to get back to him due to financial reasons.. from one parent to another he gave me very good advise on what actions to take whether I'd end up hiring him or someone else, advise I will never forget. My only regret threw all this is that I did not do this sooner. So if you continue to live a life that you know is not what you want or if your looking for the right team to represent you in court, stop waisting any more time. Get started on a new better way of living for yourself and your kids because what I was doing was not living ..it was just not dying I guess. Don't think its all easy from here tho. Yet don't worry, this team works with you to get everything you will need when the day in court comes. Trust me when that day comes you will see to where all those efforts went to. I got to see quite a few attorneys threw my time in court including my ex's and either you will be laughing at how some of these attorneys stumble on their own feet or you will be kicking yourself for hiring one. Robert on the other hand had everything he needed when he needed it, never shoveling threw a stack of papers looking for his next questions, never waisting the courts nor your time. I was honestly amazed when my ex and her witnesses were testifying and I'm writing Robert notes to appeal specific topics as he's reading them and typing up his fallowing questions all while objecting to her attorneys questions.. He might as well have been shaving too, he never broke a sweat. I could tell this was not his first walk in the park.. or more like a stroll ..and believe me when I tell you that the judge sustained 99℅ of his objections. I can't say the same for my ex's attorney.Are you willing to go with anything less than the best? I can tell you that I've already referred two new clients to him that saw Robert in action representing me in court ..that's got to say something. Anyways I can go on & on about why you should look no further but then again that's up to you. I'll leave you with this last question.. Who do you want in your corner when that day comes where you find your self in the middle of the fight of your lifetime?? Think that over but don't think too long, remember this time is precious and for some reason you're still reading this.. I bet you feel a little bit better thinking there's someone out there that I can trust and will have my back so do the right thing for yourself because I can guarantee you will remember this review when you end up in court kicking your self for not doing so.
