I Think he accepts more work than he can handle, His workload is way above his staff can handle it and is done not profecionally . His father-inlaw is his secritairy with no filling and case handling experiance. His wife helps him out to keep some of meeting deadlins. in the last three to 5 month he... moved 3 times without keeping his client updated with his new phone numbers and addresses. I do not want to argeu that he dose not have the knowlage but thats the same wenn you do not serve your clients and give poor service. i lost my home becouse he or his staff could not keep the deadlines dates and file the needed docoument on time and he did not respond to the many phone calls on his office number and cel-phone ( the numbers which was available to me wer (949) 900-6370 and (310)930-4633 Cel, (949)748-3684 but he did not respond to any of them .WE sued the Bank for loan modification of a residentia home

This attorney came HIGHLY recommended to me from friends. I retained this man in 2008. Immediately the problems started. He would never return my calls, I could never make an appointment to see him, and my case sat completely idle!. He basically took my case saying that he would always be there for m...e and has left me sitting in the dark. I asked my friends if they head ever experienced this and they said that he always called them right back, texted back when they texted him and never had a problem getting in to see him. Some time later I recieved a call from another attorney who said that my case had been handed over to him by Bill. Bill never told me he was going to turn me over to some one else. The man told me that Bill was dumping cases that didn't intrest him on this new guy. To top it off Bill found this brand new, inexperienced attorney on Craigs list. I stayed with this new guy who promised to get right on my case for about a month, and again, I was getting no action. I collected what little bit was in my file from the new guy and went to Bill's office to fire him and collect the rest of my file. There was nothing in it, aside from what I had provided him; mind you he has had my case for more that a year at this point. I met with Bill at that time. He promised me that he would get right on my case and that I would start seeing results if I stayed with him. Since I had already talked with several other Workers Comp attorneys who were not willing to take my case since it was already started, I really had no other choice but to stay with him... Now it has been another year. He has supossedly been filing with WC court to get my case in front of a judge. He says that he has filed it twice and has gotten not reponse. The original filing date per Bill was in April of 09; it is now March of 2010. He says that he is going to refile for a 3rd time. I asked for a copy so I could file it myself. Guess what!?! I went to the court and 15 mins. later I had a court date!!! I have lived in pain since 2007, all I want is surgery to fix my back. No one should have to live like this, let alone have an attorney who is only adding/prolonging your problems. Everytime I have met with Bill, all I hear is about his other cases and what he has done for them, what a pain they are, that he makes no money from them and all of his new business ventures. It is never anything about my case. Now he has moved, changed his phone number and never bothered to inform me. DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS ATTORNEY!!!!!
