Bill White, attended Rutgers and has been practicing over 14 years. Bill founded Carswell Law, Inc. in 2005 to stop families from suffering what happened to Bill’s family when his grandfather passed away.

When Bill’s grandfather passed away unexpectedly and without any estate planning in place, the creditors and predators came out and his grandmother wound up losing the family home and all of their savings. The family split apart after that and moved all over the country.

Bill doesn’t want that to happen to anyone’s family so he focuses on crafting highly customized and air-tight estate plans that protect our clients and their loved ones from those same predators and creditors.
