Worst attorney ever! He over promises & NEVER DELIVERS, doesn't return calls or emails & just takes the retainer fee while doing absolutely nothing. He cost me over $10k in child support based on his lame advise and never filed in court what he was asked over 10 times to do. That cost me another $5,2...00 in lost child support. I asked for my $3,700 retainer back (which is low as far as attorneys go but just so he can reel you in) but nothing. And nothing is exactly what he will do for you! Don't waste your time or money on this conartist.

The things he was supposed to do and didnt. He wouldnt communicate or call me back. He wont leave voicemails or text. Beyond lack of communication. No sense urgency. Made my heart go into my throat. Not a good feeling. Making me cry and have more anger. Hes a mean person for no reason. He gets mad ...at me for telling it like it is. Because hes offended. Why? Because he has guilt inside for not doing anything or the right thing at all in the first place. Dont cross paths with him.

This is a one man shop. Thomas Koos rents a cubicle in this office space with no staff at all. Mine was a simple 3 year dissolution case with no children. He couldn't even file the documents on time with the court and didn't do discovery on time at all. And if you happen to hire him, good luck in rea...ching out to him once you sign the retainer. May be after 10 voice calls to his office and cell phone and 10 emails later he'll reply back. Divorce in itself is agonizing and when you hire an incompetent attorney like Thomas Koos it becomes more painful. Although he had 3 months to prepare for the spousal support hearing, he didn't do discovery on time, didn't informed me what his strategy would be in the court. Highly UNRESPONSIVE And INCOMPETENT Attorney.
