Sean Michael Burke

I had the pleasure of working with Sean Burke on a medical malpractice case. After interviewing lawyers, my husband and I chose Sean to represent us because he was experienced in the medical malpractice field. Sean had also just won another Synmastia case at the time of our initial interview. My cas...e was not an easy one and most lawyers were not interested in doing the work that would be required in order to prevail. Sean saw the bigger picture and believed in my case from the get go. My case eventually went to a full blown jury trial in March 2011. I had never been involved in a jury trial, nor had I ever even served on jury duty. Needless to say, I was totally overwhelmed and Sean just took us by the hand and walked us through the whole process. After 2 weeks in trial we prevailed!!! The jury found the Doctor negligent and we were awarded the state maximum. Sean was organized and prepared in courtroom. His demeanor is one that catches the attention of the jury and earns their respect. There has to be something to be said about working with a seasoned lawyer. I would highly recommend Sean Burke to anyone looking for a lawyer. You will not be disappointed.
