Hardworking, best efforts lawyer and a highly intelligent lawyer.

I can’t thank Ron Kamran enough for his representation of getting me through to get my US citizenship even though during my early years I got in trouble with the law but he through his extensive research put together an extremely powerful research and convinced USCIS officers that under the law they ...were wrong and that I was the prevailing party in this case and that they were wrong in trying to deny my naturalization and to remove me from the United States. All I can say about Ron is that is the the true guru of Immigration law and knows how to deal with the Immigration officers and Judges. Don’t let his soft demeanor fool you because he is a fierce fighter. I was stunned when I saw him in action. He is bright and an extremely fast thinker on his feet. He won’t make any promises but if you don’t prevail though his representation, I just don’t think that anyone else can do you any good. He is worth every penny in legal fee to him. He saved my friend from being deported and the same friend referred me to Ron. He was personally present during the interview with me and he dealt with the supervisor of the officer when that officer tried to deny my case. My case brief that he prepared was right on point. I highly recommend Ron to anyone looking for a lawyer. My best wishes to Ron. Martin, a forever grateful client of Ron Kamran.

Dancing with joy

I just picked up my oath ceremony notice to become a US citizen. Other lawyers told me that I had no hope of becoming a US citizen because of my rap sheet. I put my faith into Ron Kamran based on his research. He has an impeccable reputation in the community. I have put my past behind me. Through... the efforts of Ron Kamran, which included his extensive research, I am a proud citizen of the United States. I no longer fear of getting deported or worried about traveling. Ron is very friendly and polite. At all times he made sure that I was relaxed. He prepared me well for the interview. There were no surprises during the interview. He knows how to deal with bad Immigration officers. He is fearless. You can trust him for his best efforts and highly competent representation. He cut my fees in half half way through my representation when he thought that he could take another approach in my case that would require less work on his part. I know he did not need to do that but he did that on his own and I am grateful to him for his honesty and helping me out financially. He is unlike other rude and condescending lawyers. He sticks to the facts and never makes you feel bad about your past. He told me that everyone has some skeletons in the closet in that no one is perfect. His wife is a lawyer and so is his older daughter who graduated from Harvard Law School. I followed his advice and I ended up with excellent result. He goes over your paperwork before he files it. He personally works on his cases. He told me that his job is not to make mistakes. He said that it’s almost always a mistake made that gets everyone in trouble. I looked back in my past and realized that he was 100% correct. He even sends you audio files to prepare you for the interview or the hearing. I am dancing with joy for what he accomplished for me. I will remember him forever. Maria Chavez

Wonderful Lawyer

We learned about Ron Kamran through a friend of ours and our friend said that Ron Kamran had helped his entire family which included several people and that he did a great job for all of them. We have always been suspicious of lawyers and we decided to go and see Ron Kamran. He explained the entire p...rocess to us and told us that he would do his very best. He represented me at the immigration department and he was in the interview room with me. They were times when I didn’t understand some of the things that the officer was saying and Ron Kamran explained to the officer my situation. It made the entire process very easy. His fees are reasonable and he also provided us with a payment plan. We found him to be very knowledgeable, competent, and very straightforward. He’s friendly and down to earth. He seems to have an answer to each and every question that we asked him and when I asked him how he knew everything and he said he knows immigration like like the back of his hand because he is a workaholic and reads a lot. He said his job is his hobby. I have recommended him to my other relatives and friends. He is a wonderful lawyer.

Excellent Lawyer

I was looking for an immigration lawyer, and I have talked to many lawyers and in fact we have been ripped off by a couple of lawyers and they didn’t do anything for us. Finally Mr. Ron Kamran was recommended to us and we went and saw him and he was very straight forward and told exactly what we ne...eded to do and he represented me and now I have my green card. I am amazed how easy it was to deal with him and how straight forward he was in explaining everything to us. He was also present with us at the time of the interview and it seemed to us that everybody at the immigration department knew him. He is very knowledgeable in the immigration law like the back of his hand and he’s very familiar with the system the way it works. He told us that his work was his hobby and that he can represent anyone in any state of the United States including at US Consulates abroad. I highly recommend him and plan to refer all my friends, relatives and anyone that I know who’s seeking immigration help. One thing for sure, you will never get ripped by him. - Alex

Over charges and under delivers

This lawyer charges the majority of his fees even before beginning any work. He uses empty promises to legitimize what he charges. For the amount of work he actually puts in, he shouldn't be charging nearly the amount he does. I hired him for an immigration case for which he charged me $3000 for draf...ting a simple appeal. He lost and then had the nerve to ask for more money to continue fighting it.

Hi Abdul: I feel compelled to respond to your posting because the facts you mentioned in your postings are not accurate at all. Generally, the law prohibits me from disclosing any information about my current or former client because of the attorney-client privilege but once you post it and put it in public domain, the attorney-client privilege vanishes. Please note that I had filed your appeal nearly 10 years ago and it was a highly complex appeal because it involved fraud and misrepresentation issues and other complex legal issues against you. The decision on the appeal was rendered by the government nearly 10 years as well. The essential facts are as follows: Your mother, you, your other two or three siblings and your uncle came to United States nearly 35 years ago from Afghanistan. At the port of entry, all of you sought asylum. You were just a baby then. Your mother had three or four children with her which also included you. Your uncle, who was the brother of your mother was a single man and who did not have any child with him and he wanted to boost his chances of gaining asylum in the United States. Your uncle feared that his asylum application could be denied because of being single and no child with him. At the port of entry into USA, your mother and your uncle quickly decided for your uncle to borrow one of your mother’s children and to pretend that that child was his child in order for him to boost his chances of being able to secure asylum in the United States. He felt that his asylum application could be denied if he was a single man with no child with him. Once your uncle borrowed you, he listed you on his asylum application as his own child and listed himself as your father on your asylum application. Now, years later, when you applied for your citizenship on your own, you listed the true names of your parents on your naturalization application. The officer looked over your asylum application and noticed that the name of your father was different than the name of your father on your citizenship application. The immigration officer asked you to explain the reasoning behind that and you consulted with your mother and found out the true facts and you conveyed those facts to the officer. After USCIS denied your application on grounds of fraud and misrepresentation, you retained my services. We appealed the denial on grounds that there were some exceptions under immigration law when it comes to asylum-seekers in the United States and that any fraud and misrepresentation committed by your uncle and mother should not apply to you because you were just a baby then. Our appeal was denied and you wanted to appeal the decision further for which we asked you to pay additional sum money for the second appeal.. We had fully complied with the scope of services under our initial written agreement. You are a highly educated and an intelligent person and you understood the terms of the agreement. Based on my recollection you spoke several languages and are fluent in the English language. If I am not mistaken you had a master’s degree from USA, and wanted to be employed by the US government overseas as an interpreter to translate because you could fluently speak several languages. Further, we explained to you fully and you signed the agreement. Given the above, you are wholly wrong in saying that your appeal was a simple appeal and I don’t think that anyone reading this message would think of your appeal as being simple, especially when the decision of USCIS involved findings of fraud and misrepresentation. Further, our request for additional sum of money to file a second appeal from a negative decision was justified given that we had fully performed under the scope of services under the initial retainer agreement. You also agreed to the terms of the payment arrangement. I believe you were nearly 30 years old when we met. Please let me know if you have any additional questions. Thank you.
