Biography
Najmeh Mahmoudjafari, Esq. is the founder and lead attorney of ImmigraTrust Law, with offices in Irvine and Los Angeles. Her practice focuses on mandamus lawsuits, which ask a federal court to require the government to decide an immigration case delayed for years. A mandamus seeks a decision, not a particular result, and is not a shortcut to approval.
She earned her JD from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in 2014, interned for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, and practiced litigation at Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP before founding ImmigraTrust Law in 2016. Licensed in Missouri since 2014 and in good standing, she limits her practice to U.S. federal immigration law and represents clients nationwide. She is an AILA member.
The firm handles family and marriage cases, fiance visas, citizenship and naturalization, National Interest Waivers and talent visas, business and investor visas including E-2, TN visas for Canadians, and student and visitor visas. It does not take asylum or refugee cases, or immigration court hearings, including removal defense.
