Kristin Francine Godeke

Ms. Godeke is a Member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of California. She has served as the Chair of the Orange County Bar’s Appellate Law Section, and is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, Orange County Women Lawyers, Business and Trial Lawyers of Orange County, and Celtic Bar Association.

She is now in house counsel for Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.  Over the last eight years, Ms. Godeke has been a first-chair trial attorney in ten bench trials throughout the State of California and has served as second chair in numerous complex cases, including a federal jury trial which resulted in a seven figure judgment, including $1.2 million in punitive damages, in favor of her client. Ms. Godeke has also successfully argued matters before the California Court of Appeal (4th District) and the California Supreme Court. She has also been a panelist speaker at numerous seminars concerning Automobile Contract law, Bankruptcy Law, and Consumer Protection statutes including the Federal and California Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
