I primarily practice civil litigation--lawsuits between people and businesses. I represent both plaintiffs (suing) and defendants (getting sued), and believe I gain a strategic edge by knowing how both sides think and act. Jon Atabek is not an honest man, he took advantage of elderly clients and never performed,
Hired Jon, he says "this case is an easy one, it should not be more than $10,000" then he burned through that prepared a $25,000 ANTI-SLAPP that he never followed through with BUT DID TAKE THE PAYMENT FOR IT, he then proceeded to bill an additional $9,000 so $44,000 is FAR FROM a $10,000 easy case! ...
