Called Mr. Nelson to write a waiver letter to the US embassy in Yerevan Armenia, as why I want my mother in law to get her immigration visa to join my wife here in California. He charged me not much! But thereafter, anytime, I called him, he spent quite good time on the phone. He never turned me down... for my questions. He was sometimes in meeting. But he retuned all my calls. You will not feel stranger with this gentleman. He is knowledgeable and he is always stay side by side with you. His office staff are friendly and helpful, when he was on vacation. I recommend him to any one. My mother in law came in to California on 10/22/2019 with green card visa. One call you will think you know him for ever! My review on this site is voluntary and just wanted to thank him what he did for me. and my wife!
