Evelyn L. Moon

Evelyn Moon, Founder and Principal Attorney at Evelyn Moon Law PC, is a compassionate immigration attorney with over 13 years of experience representing both corporate and individual clients from all over the world. Her passion for immigration law comes out of her own experience navigating the immigration process as she moved to the United States as an immigrant, bringing a unique perspective of personally experiencing the same process as her clients.

Having a full understanding of the complex immigration process, her goal is to help her clients expand into new opportunities, overcome obstacles, and ultimately achieve their immigration goals in the U.S. By making her clients’ immigration journey as simple, easy, and seamless as possible, she wants to make sure that her clients only have fond memories of going through their immigration process.

Evelyn enjoys working with companies, developers, and project developers that are creating social and economic benefits in the U.S. through investment and business immigration. 

For individual clients, Evelyn focuses on designing a simple path to achieving their immigration goals through employment/family-based immigration, thereby helping them achieve their ultimate American Dream in the U.S. 

Evelyn also has a deep passion for dealing with problematic cases with some of the most challenging and complex issues and is often referred to and recognized as the “best immigration strategist” by her clients for successfully resolving the issues raised. She has a great track record of using her own creative and unique strategy to successfully refile and obtain approvals on several denied cases, including L-1As, E-2s, and EB-1A/NIWs, which were previously filed by different law firms.

Evelyn has spoken at several conferences, seminars, and other speaking engagements, covering various immigration topics. She is licensed to practice law in California and the District of Columbia.

She is fluent in English and Korean and leads the firm’s Korean practice group while managing the entire firm.
