Best Lawyer I've ever worked with

I have spoken to a lot of lawyers in my lifetime, but none were as knowledgeable and professional as Mr. Wallace. My issue was very complex, dealing with a number of specific rental laws and Mr Wallace quickly walked me through the issues and helped me work out a favorable resolution. On my first c...all to him, he answered 8-10 questions off the bat, which really helped me figure things out. After a short meeting we developed a resolution plan and he wrote up a simple proposal for solving my issue. The opposition didn't know what hit them. Before calling Mr Wallace, I was ready to settle the case and take a huge beating, but after 2 letters and some negotiation, I ended up resolving the issue better than I had ever hoped. My advice to anyone looking for a good lawyer, give him a call and ask him a few questions...you will know as I do that he's the best Real-Estate Lawyer in the business. One more thing...I'm generally very skeptical when I deal with Lawyers billing practices. I was shocked at how reasonable the the fees were. Best experience ever with a lawyer.

Excellent Lawyer
