Don Bebereia represented me for more than 3 years in a very difficult divorce case. During that time period, he handled the original case through trial and a couple of post judgment matters. Donald is a great attorney. I have used multiple family law attorneys over the past ten years and Donald is by far the BEST. He understands the law and how judges make decisions. Many attorneys do not. Other attorneys make false promises, overbill, and don't deliver. If your looking for an a...ttorney that is truthfull, straightforward, and able to deliver, then I highly recommend Donald. It’s frustrating when you only get a few minutes to present your case and most judges don’t give a hoot about you or your kid, you want to give up. It’s hard knowing that nobody in the system cares and they all just want to get off the clock and go home all while taking our taxpaying money. What I am saying is Don knows the system, he knows how to navigate the mess, and make the law work for you. The laws are generally good, but the system of implementing them is NOT. That’s when you really need someone who has the skills and know-how to get the right thing done; which is exactly what Donald did for me. He applies the law and presents it correctly to judges and opposing counsel, who then have to work within the law. I was getting shafted on all fronts before I came to Donald.
