Alina Sorkin

Alina Sorkin is a rude and vulgar person. She is super unprofessional, and a mediocre attorney at best. She takes full advantage of clients (like myself) who don't know what to do with their cases. For months she sat one my case doing no work on it. She did nothing for months. And when I called and e...mailed her office trying to get an update on the status, and she blew me off and never got back to me. When I finally did get a hold of her, she first tried to have one of her staff members lie and say she wasn't in the office (even though I could hear her talking in the background). When she finally came to the phone, she yelled at me for 10 mins (almost screaming at the top of her lungs) before having her staff member hang up on me. I tried calling back, but no one in her office answered. Eventually, over a month later, she dropped my case without warning or explanation. She just sent a standard form letter letting me know she was no longer representing me. I tried calling her after to ask how to proceed with my case/proceed with finding another attorney, and she never got back to me. I had a really horrible experience here, stay away.

I work in Real Estate and questions that require an attorney's assistance are constantly arising. I've worked with lots of lawyers over the years and Alina is the best. Her knowledge is amazing and she is a great advocate for her customers. Whenever anyone asks me for a good Attorney I give them A...lina's number. In addition Alina helped me this past fall with one of my own rental properties and having her help took all the stress out of a otherwise very upsetting situation.
