Van-Dzung Vu Nguyen

Van Nguyen is a counsel in the Litigation Group in the Orange County office of Crowell & Moring. Van's practice focuses on complex litigation, including representing clients in class actions, mass consolidated/coordinated actions, and multi-district proceedings. She has represented clients in matters involving antitrust, product liability, unfair competition and false advertising, fraud, other business torts, and intellectual property. Van has successfully litigated matters in federal and state courts. Van recently represented a national corporate client in an arbitration involving antitrust price-fixing where the team obtained a multi-million dollar award which was selected for The Daily Journal's Top Plaintiffs' Verdicts: Top Arbitration Award List For 2009.
