Although Sarah spoke to me initially about him recognizing the law that I was talking about in California and then stating that she had a client that she sort of you know when I asked about pinpointing or getting a range and pricing she said that she had a client and then later Ron said that no she n...ever heard of the law so I said well I thought you just said that you had a client that put a $7000 retainer down and you went through that in two months and then she sort of had to backtrack yourself to remember what she had stated to me so it made me a little sketchy about the service truthfully and I really think that if I'm going to spend that sort of money on an attorney then I need to meet that attorney face-to-face make sure that they are clear about what no I'm talking about because California has a very bad reputation about attorneys who are allowed to have a license number but can study in their basement basically and not have to pass the bar to get that license number . So the state of California itself has some issues as far as the way that there are laws are a very non-protective of consumers and allow a lot of scammers into run businesses that either have bogus business licenses and there's no way for consumer to tell that especially in a case like mine where I came from New Jersey who has nothing but consumer protection laws on my side I feel very comfortable doing business there and was a business woman for over 26 years in the research chemistry field with many patents under my belt and I helping people with cancer for over 26 years with these patents . I know my attorney has tried Avalo on the professional side just to be able to use somebody's license number so that he can take care of one of my million dollar plus lawsuits here in California and has not had any success in finding anybody who will even allow him to be the mouthpiece and just have a monetary gain just for sitting back in the court room so it hasn't worked out on the professional side either and has been sketching his opinion as well. So in addition to all of this I was told two different times for statutes of limitations and I was cited to sue under two different avenues and then told while you want to sue under all of the avenues which is what I've always done if it's ever come to this point. In the case ofmy million dollar plus lawsuit I made sure that the papers were prepared including everything that would put this man behind bars to impinging such him with Irreproachable fines that would put him out of business. I have held back on blowing the whistle on him to the FDA because I'd rather get my money first and I'm not a stupid person so why blow the whistle on him he has time to settle it with me if he's has any brain in his head at all but I was not impressed truthfully at all with your service your website is very difficult I've even contacted your corporate office over a week ago and still have not heard back from them to help me through the website I actually Had to ask my son to do it on his Samsung phone in to load the app because the Apple application does not have a create an account space on it which I think is a major flaw for any Apple users to try to use your application. My son was able to pull up an entirely different looking app on the Samsung and right away appeared a space clearly showed create an account which is what he did for me and that's how I reach Sarah. On the Apple site it just says to add your password and your username and there's nothing other than a black screen either on top or on bottom so your corporate offices it responsive to those who tried to get help with the application and your application needs more work for Apple users.

I asked the advisor a few questions and she wasn't too sure about whether under the law if I had ground or cause to pursue legal actions. For example, I asked her whether I could pursue legal actions against someone, she answered I could but later said no once I mentioned other lawyers on Avvo answer...ed no. In another example, I asked her if she was familiar with non-disclosure law about real estate, she answered that she hasn't been working with these issues for a while but she's still familiar with it. Unfortunately, some of her answers didn't sound confident.

My wife and I hired Sarah to represent us as tenants in a dispute with our landlord that would not acknowledge black mold in a home that was making us sick. Originally it was just a letter, but Sarah went so above and beyond that. It made us feel that she was fully invested and cared about our well b...eing and that it was our health that mattered to her more than her pay. In my past experiences I have not had the same success. Lastly, the one aspect I enjoyed most about this attorney is her ability to think outside the box- along with her high aptitude and understanding of the law- she has been an asset not only to my company, but someone to trust with the highest moral character. If you do have the need for her to represent you I recommend her highly without reservations. She is an expert at immigration law, contracts, and wills and trusts. All of which she has worked with me and my family on- therefore again exemplifying her professionalism, dedication, and knowledge of the legal system.
