Mr. Cole is a partner of Palmieri Tyler. He has successfully handled a number of business and real estate litigation matters and he specializes in eminent domain cases. A portion of his practice is devoted to appellate work. Mr. Cole has represented property and business owners against various public entities, recovering condemnation awards far in excess of the public agencies' initial offers.
Prior to law school, Mr. Cole worked in the public sector in the field of public transportation and state highway financing. He also served as a staff director for the Orange County Transportation Commission (now Orange County Transportation Authority).
