Robin Steven Bentler

My husband and I went to meet Robin Bentler twice. The second time we went his office to sign the trust agreement. My husband and I had already disgusted the terms of the house, and we agree on finding the house as a community property. Robin Bentler insulted me and my husband by telling my husband... that if my husband put my name on the house as a community property, the next day, I can divorce my husband and take away half of the house. He also recommended that each of us should hire an attorney, and meet him. He was unethical, unprofessional and extremely rude . He told us that growing up, he had three step moms. None of his stepmoms treated him fairly. my husband has a son and a daughter. He had childhood personal issues with his stepmoms. That was how, Robin S Bentler, as an Attoreny treated us.

Mr Robin Bentler has been very difficult with respect to communication. He has not answered or returned phone calls and emails. He asked for additional information that he then lost and blamed us for not sending it. For our trust review he charged almost 1000 in preparation and was clearly not p...repared.

My sister and I used Robin Bentler in the administration of my parents' estate. I found his advice to lack clarity and specificity as to how the trust distributions were to be carried out. When I emailed him with questions, he rarely responded. Ultimately this lead to problems which I believe cou...ld have been avoided had he given both me and my sister clear, explicit information from the onset.
