I hired Mr. D'Arcy for a personal injury case. I had been rear ended on the freeway and the person at fault's insurance wanted to give me nothing for medical expenses or for the amount I was going to have to put towards a new car. I had been told that it wouldn't be worth it to file a lawsuit because insurance never pays out; well Mr. D'Arcy got their insurance to pay out. He got the job done quick and was always available whenever I needed to ask him something. You always hear these horror stories about attorneys just after your money, but Mr. D'Arcy wasn't like that at all. He was very honest and told me exactly as it was. However, I realized that Pat’s unique expertise in defending the rights of housing providers is something which should only be revealed to the clients who are privileged enough to be represented by hi...m. Pat is an incredibly skilled attorney whose command of the law is a wonder to witness. Pat consistently bests the best eviction defense attorneys repeatedly. When I called him for help with a tenant who hadn’t paid rent in 3 months, he knew just the technique to use in managing the situation to bring the matter to a quick and satisfying legal closure. In my experience Pat is a true housing advocate, who represents the rights of housing providers so that their buildings can be managed for paying tenants who wish to live in clean buildings where the landlords are doing everything possible to make sure that their buildings are run efficiently. Currently there are organizations, who will do and say anything to malign housing providers and their advocates by making unsubstantiated and false claims of discrimination in order to continue to receive services and housing without payment. Because he does not waiver and fights aggressively for his clients, Pat has been the target of such slanderous and maliciousness accusations. However, I can personally say that Pat advocates for all his clients, and welcomes anyone who seeks his services towards the end of defending the rights of housing providers.
