Recently, he has defended large, back-to-back, summary judgments motions in a harassment action that was later settled, and he has taken and defended numerous depositions across the state, including expert witness and person most knowledgeable depositions.
His thorough and meticulous attention to detail has enabled Orlando to litigate class actions from inception until conclusion, be responsible for all aspects of litigation including pleadings, heavy motion practice, hearings, depositions, negotiations, and mediations.
