Ms. Dehnadi is the managing partner of NextGen Business & Wealth Preservation and focuses on business litigation with emphasis on contracts and transitions, business law, and employment law advising small to mid-size private companies. Ms. Dehnadi has represented clients in a wide range of industries including retail, manufacturing, hospitality, dental and medical professional disputes. She serves as general counsel to a variety of corporate clients ranging from restaurants, shopping centers, commercial and residential landlords, grocery stores, dentists and dental groups, physicians and physician medical groups, builders/developers and handles litigation, acquisitions, sale and mergers, negotiations and development of new locations, asset purchase agreements, leases, employment agreements, practice purchase and sales and various business related agreements.
