Calculated questions, a calm and confident demeanor, and a subtle compassion for the deponent filled the air. I hired Navid and his team recently after several attorneys in the area that I live, which is San Diego, declined to take the case due to my missing the filing deadline to submit a response to my ex-wife‘s appeal on support. I was told it was unlikely that any argument would sway the appeals Panel ...given it was literally months overdue.
