My best bit of advice is you get what you pay for. Mr. Moshtael is an enthusiastic, focused, knowledgeable and determined individual and has absolutely blown me away. he is extremely aggressive when need be yet calm and calculated. I hope to never find myself on the opposite side of the table as this... man because no doubt the opposing attorney I would be sitting with would pale in comparison. I have been battling either divorce or custody for the last 7 years. I have only employed Mr. Moshtael's services in the last 7 months but I can honestly say I wish I would have had him for my divorce. we are still in process but I've seen him in battle and I'm confident I've got the best person possible on my team.
