I worked with Erin Noonan before she left and her consistent communication was perfect for me. My case was transferred over to Karissa Piralla and I was relieved to know it was another perfect fit. Karissa has been nothing but supportive, transparent, and realistic about the outcomes with me and that set me up for success in the long run.
