I highly recommend Michael J Varisco to anyone seeking an extraordinary attorney. He recently represented my family in a complicated child custody case. Thanks to Michael's genuine concern for his clients and his outstanding legal expertise, the case was settled with a satisfactory agreement for both... parties. I could go on and on about Michael J Varisco, but, I will sum up this review by stating: Michael J Varisco is hard working, highly experienced, reasonable, listens and shows genuine concern for his clients, always keeps you updated and in the loop, and works extremely hard to get a positive outcome for his clients. Thank God this case is complete. But, if anyone, including my friends, need an excellent attorney, I would recommend Michael J. Varisco in a heartbeat.

I came to Mike when my ex husband became uncooperative and refused to keep up the verbal agreement he and I made prior to going to court. I found Mike online, and he’s been phenomenal from the get. Mike stopped a move-away request by my daughter's mom. He literally gave me back my daughter today. We just came back from a hearing. My ex was trying to get an order to move away to another county over 100 miles away. Mike was able to argue that the move was not best for our daughter. Her attor...ney had a hard time getting almost any of her evidence admitted because Mike kept objecting correctly, which flustered the attorney. We walked away with an order for an increase in my timeshare too. Mike was very professional and very honest with me from the beginning. I cannot thank Mike enough. Eric.

From how unprofessional I felt it was for him calling me "Brother" to the multiple promises he failed to have come through on. I really feel like you will be better off find an attorney who actually fights for you. He likes to twist words for example when you disagree with the way he represented you ...and say "what a joke" he will turn it around on you and say "then you called me a joke" anyone with a brain knows there is a bIg difference between "what a joke" compared to "you are a joke". He's a smooth talker on the phone but I feel like in in court he's more likely to back down from confrontation then stand up for what is right. Also seemed to me was not very knowledge on a lot of the laws when it came to my case.
