Keith Jacob Hoffnagle

Jacob Hoffnagle represents contractors, owners and sureties in a broad range of construction and real estate matters. Jake's practice covers all areas of construction and commercial litigation, including the drafting and negotiation of construction and real estate contracts, contract administration, mediation and pre-litigation dispute resolution, as well as litigating complex construction claims. He has handled lawsuits involving all types of public and private construction projects, including public highways and toll roads, mass-transit systems, heavy-civil and tunneling projects, residential subdivisions, retail facilities and commercial buildings.

Jake also served as a judicial extern to The Honorable Alicemarie H. Stotler of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. During law school, Jake was elected to the Order of the Barristers, and was chosen to compete in a several national and international moot court competitions. Before joining WTHF, Jake worked in commercial real estate.
