About Justine

Biography

Ms. Dell is a Certified Family Law Specialist. She earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Western State College of Law in 2007. Prior to being admitted to the California Bar, Ms. Dell worked as a paralegal and then a law clerk. She has decades of experience in the legal industry, most of which is family law. Ms. Dell is admitted to practice law before all California state courts. Her practice is limited to divorce and family law matters.

She was an adjunct professor for the paralegal certificate program at South Coast College, where she has taught classes on Family Law, Real Property, Torts and Legal Transcription.

Ms. Dell has volunteered her time as a Court Appointed Special Advocate in Orange County working with children in the county dependency system. She is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association and was a past president of the Warren J. Ferguson American Inn of Court.

A fighter for you till the end..

I don't even know where to start. From beginning to end, Justine and her team helped me get through the most toughest time in my life and helped to be that rock for me when I thought there was no hope. Justine and her team fought hard for my son and I when there was no strength in me to fight. I hone...stly do not know where my son and I would be if Justine and her team was not there to guide me and be my voice. Justine, my son and I thank you. We thank you for bringing hope to our new chapter in our lives.

Phenomenal Divorce Attorney

Justine came to me as a highly recommended divorce attorney and did not disappoint. She is extremely knowledgeable, and provided prompt answers to my endless questions. At times, it seemed like this process would never end, but her constant encouragement and ability to negotiate with opposing counsel... led to a settlement just hours before our court appearance. Justine gave sound advice and knew when it was time to hold firm or when to make certain concessions, always keeping the best interests of myself and my son fist and foremost! Words cannot express how grateful I am to Justine and her office for making this difficult process bearable and brining this process to an end!

She was there for me when I needed someone the most.

Domestic Violence is a serious issue, and One I was facing in court alone to defend myself. As the court date grew closer, my anxiety was at its highest. "How can I face this man in court by myself in less than five days" he whom had destroyed my confidence in my self, and tried to destroy everyth...ing I held dear, and whom was extremely deceitful, and lied constantly. I prepared this whole case by myself, the file was three inches thick, and I thought, "how do I present this to the judge?" it would take hours, let alone, how do i face this man in court by myself, and sadly you cannot have family members with you for support. This was my second attempt at a DVRO, the first one, only a month earlier, I had dropped because he showed up to court and sat right down at my table pleading that I drop it, and I did. Only to experience within a few short weeks another verbal abusive attack on me and my daughter. My mom found Justin for me through recommendations, and she agreed to see me three days before court, no up charge for short notice, and I had some money left over. All I can say is WOW. I wanted to kiss her, she was so on point, knew my case like the back of her hand, went straight for key points immediately and within 15 minutes she had the judge saying to my ex wow your a Jekyll and Hyde personality, and with that said I had a 5 year restraining order, she had my ex back peddling, of which I could never do. More over, I was so fearful of him, and she stood by my side even when he walked into the area outside the court room, she said to me "do not listen to him" because he immediately got on his phone and started talking loudly, and Justine instructed me to ignore him he is trying to intimidate you, she stood by my side! shoulder to shoulder! Even if I did not win, she believed in me and wanted to protect me and my daughter and I am so grateful! Thank-you Justine !

Excellent advocacy and representation

Ms. Dell provided excellent representation for me in my custody case. She understood that I was not looking to divorce my husband but needed to focus on custody of our children. Ms. Dell not only respected exactly what I wanted but advocated diligently for the best interests of my children in a way... that did not unnecessarily antagonize the opposing party, helping me to achieve a result that the children and I could live with. She understands that you don’t have to be a bulldog in court to get the best results. I was impressed by her calm demeanor and commanding presence which made her extremely effective in court and in negotiating with opposing counsel. Ms. Dell was exactly the kind of lawyer that I needed, someone who gave me a voice but without making an already difficult situation more antagonistic or difficult. I am very thankful to have found her.
