Same name, different person
I hired Mr. Chung for Global Tax Planning and had a wonderful experience so I wanted to leave a good review. However, I found out that there was another Attorney with same first and last name and both in Irvine. I hope people don't get mixed up between them.

poor service
I hired him for filing Streamlined Foreign Offshore Disclosure, and Tax return. There were so many mistakes by his staffs and he and his staffs are lacking knowledge in how foreign security and banks are working. The firm put more marketing than substances.

I hired Mr. Chung to represent me before the State Personnel Board he did a good job. The charges were sustained and he suggested I apply for a petition for re-hearing and Requested and additional $5000.00 on top of the $8000.00 I had already paid.
