I needed confirmation that my landlord’s representatives were likely discriminating against my ADA disability. They have suborned in renewing my lease. The landlord has created an easement for -ten years! think I was not clear enough about manufactured issues after -10 years tenancy and having foll...owed all rules. Mr. Busch addressed the salient issues and recommended obtaining legal consultation/representation. I forgot to mention having taken pictures of my garage and showing them to the fire department. They laughed and said they saw no reason for concern. I will follow the recommendation to seek legal representation and will likely pursue an ADA discrimination legal remedy as well as discrimination on other bases due to the apartheid-like pattern renting apartments on the less well kept side of the property to ethnic minorities and the other subsection across the street to no-ethnic minorities.
