Jennifer Lynn Patigler

Mrs. Gordon was born and raised in Southern California and has primarily represented construction-related businesses in connection with a variety of litigation matters, including employment disputes, wage & hour, class action, mechanic’s lien, stop notice claims, contract disputes, construction defect and transactional work.

During Mrs. Gordon’s tenure at California Western School of Law, where she graduated cum laude in 2005, she was named to the Dean’s List five times, and was the recipient of two academic achievement awards, an academic scholarship, and a pro bono honors award. She served as a writer and editor of the California Western Law Review and the California Western International Law Journal.

Mrs. Gordon was an intern for the Civil Division of the United States Attorneys’ Office and the Law Offices of Beatrice L. Snider, where she gained substantial experience in civil, corporate, business and real estate litigation. Prior to joining Berger Kahn, Mrs. Gordon was with Andrade & Associates, a law firm specializing in construction law cases.
