Biography
I work with business owners and families who want clear, carefully crafted estate plans—and a lawyer they can rely on as things change over time.
Earlier in my career, I spent many years in litigation. I saw how often disputes grow out of decisions that were rushed, unclear, or never properly planned in the first place. That experience shapes how I practice today. My focus is on helping clients put the right structures in place so problems are avoided rather than fought over later.
My work is centered on:
• Strategic estate planning for business owners and families
• Trust and succession planning
• Coordinating legal planning with real-world family and business dynamics
I’m not a volume document practice, and I don’t try to be everything to everyone. I work with clients who value careful judgment, discretion, and long-term thinking over quick fixes or aggressive posturing.
Many of my clients come to me by referral from CPAs, financial advisors, and other professionals who want confidence that the legal side of their clients' planning is handled thoughtfully and competently.
