Emily mehr and associates has been my lawyers since 2012. I have had 3 cases goin on wit them. The 1st case when i called or left a message it took awhile before a response. I then make it a point to my case manager by complaining and she helped me with responding back promptly. I provided other way...z for us to have contact and it helped and i didnt feel as if i was being neglected cuz i did choose them to represent my case. Once we went thru my 1st case another 1 occured and during that process another 1 occured. I felt like i was just a walking injury prone person. My case manager Mayra Borboa was very sympathetic to wat was goin on. Every question i had, any issues i was facin or battle i was facin with my job, i went straight to my case manager and she would say ima talk it over wit Emily and will get right back to you. It was never more then the next business day or same day. I have referenced them to many people if they called or not. Since my case manager left i made sure that my next 1 does wat Mayra did. I try not to get rude nor frustrated but if i had/have they are very understsnding cuz bein injured off work and not having control is the worst feelin ever. Sometimez it seemz as the process is long but every case if different. No case is ever the same i know cuz all 3 of mine are very different and handled quite different and thankfully by the same case manager. If i could ever get the chance to meet Emily or talk with her in person, i would tell her how very thankful i am to her using her expertise, knowledge and time to make me feel likemy cases are the only 1z she workin on. Even thru the case managers and hired workers/attorneys i feel like Emily is focused only on my cases. I know they have many clients and cases they take care of every day but that personable way ive been treated feels great. I hope anyone who uses them receives the same feeling and treatment as i have/had. I keep a card in my wallet and give out the information every time itz needed. Once again the 5 star is well needed well deserved and if i feel i need this review to change so be it but im sure im not seein that in the future. Keep up the great dedication, loyalty, devotion and sympathetic wayz. It does help in the long run of any case handled. Please continue to train new hired workers as the ones ive delt with.
