Biography
My dedication to justice led me to co-found Sick and Fired Lawyers with Perry G. Smith. We focus on combating disability and pregnancy discrimination in the workplace. I believe in normalizing disabilities and holding space for disabled employees to reach their full potential in the workplace.
Through strategic litigation, I aim not only to right wrongs committed against disabled and pregnant employees but also to send a powerful message to employers, no matter their resources. Case by case, I strive to expose illegal activities and influence positive change within companies. My goal is a future where robust policies and training practices prevent discrimination to protect rather than persecute marginalized employees.
