I never thought in a million years I would need a criminal defense attorney but that day did come. I spent about a week interviewing several attorneys, some by referral and others I just found on the my own research. In the end, I hired Courtney to represent as I felt she was compassionate, underst...ood what I was sharing with her and had experience of both being a prosecutor and defense attorney. I am so THANKFUL I did. I was in a bad relationship that ultimately caused me to be arrested for Domestic Violence. I was also, contacted by the medical board for an interview after my arrest. I was probably more afraid of dealing wight he medical board than I was the criminal case but knew both were very serious. During my interview, Courtney did not try and over sell me or scare me into hiring her. She gave me great advice and a game plan all before I even hired her. In the end, I was able to be proactive in my case and the DA dropped the charges, which then made the medical board close their case too.
