Cindy Boun

I am an associate attorney at TLD Law, primarily based out of the firm's Irvine office. Since joining TLD as a law clerk in May 2018, I have gained experience in business, partnership disputes, real estate, employment, trust and probate matters, with a primary focus on litigation.

My dream to become an attorney began in middle school, after my family’s small business encountered a legal issue but did not possess the knowledge or resources to protect themselves. Immediately after, I joined my middle school’s Mock Trial team and remained devoted to becoming an attorney. Today, I am dedicated to provide my clients with informed and cost-efficient solutions and am equally prepared to fight for my clients when the need arises.

I earned my J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2019 in the Civil Litigation Concentration. While in law school, I also served as the Senior Production Editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Journal and assisted with Loyola’s Collateral Consequences of Conviction Justice Project.

Prior to law school, I attended California State University, Fullerton and graduated with a dual degree in Criminal Justice and American Studies.
