Zachariah Joel Lloyd

Mr. Lloyd’s practice is primarily dedicated to high-stakes, complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on multi-jurisdictional transnational disputes. He represents companies, boards of directors, and officers in a broad range of securities and corporate-governance litigation involving class actions, shareholder derivative suits, and professional malpractice actions. He has conducted multi-jurisdictional litigation throughout Europe, the United States and Latin America.

Mr. Lloyd also has significant experience advising multinational corporations on compliance with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the U.K. Bribery Act, and other anti-corruption laws. He has conducted fieldwork throughout North and South America. He frequently conducts international investigations, due diligence, compliance program evaluations and risk assessments.
