First, I want to say my wife and I were very happy with the outcome of our case and we recommend Whit Bertch very highly. We were involved in a rear end collision on our way to visit family out of state for the Christmas holidays in December 2019. We had our family dog in the back seat and the trunk... packed with gifts and luggage when we were hit at a speed exceeding 100 mph. It was late at night and we were in the middle of nowhere. Fortunately, I was able to call a friend who lived within an hour of our location and she put us up for the night, helped us with a rental car to get back home and gave us the name of an attorney to call once we had been to see our doctors.
