First, I want to say my wife and I were very happy with the outcome of our case and we recommend Whit Bertch very highly. We were involved in a rear end collision on our way to visit family out of state for the Christmas holidays in December 2019. We had our family dog in the back seat and the trunk... packed with gifts and luggage when we were hit at a speed exceeding 100 mph. It was late at night and we were in the middle of nowhere. He was right. He exceeded our expectations and we are so glad we were not in a hurry to settle. I know many people are severely affected financially after a automobile accident, but it is important to have someone fighting for you, especially if you have injuries. You need to be able to fully concentrate on recovery and let someone else deal with the insurance company. Whit was able to obtain settlements on our car and expenses quickly so we were not as financially impacted. We would never have been able to negotiate the settlement on our own. We are eternally grateful to Whit Bertch and we recommend him highly.

My fiancé and I got into a bad car accident because another driver drove into us.
