CDF Labor Law over billed us by over $10k (according to our engagement letter) and are refusing to issue a refund. They also neglected to inform us about SEVERAL trial dates. They also neglected to inform us about the “5 year rule” until after the 5 years had passed. We paid them over $100k to pr...epare for trial and then our case was dismissed by the judge because of the “5 year rule”. If we had known about ALL scheduled trial dates we would have made it to trial at least a year before the “5 year rule”. I’ve reached out to CDF Labor Law several times for resolution and was just told today: “I will not respond to any further emails from you”.

During my time spent with him he called me a liar, and didn’t apologize in the instance we talked. He is also very overweight and I doubt he’s much better of a lawyer. He doesn’t seem to care about other people so maybe do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, also his receptionist sounds possibly cre...eped out by this one guy so, yeah, it was a very scary and horrible experience for myself and the people attending with me. I have made a police report and recommend others with similar experiences do the same thing, he deserves the attention.
