When I went to pick up my wife from the airport at LAX, it was a very emotional moment for me. I got married a couple years ago and the time came to hire an immigration lawyer to process my wife's paperwork. I live in LA and there are lots of choices. I called several places for consultation but I co...uld never feel that an attorney was really interested in listening to my story. I finally got a referral for Owais Qazi and I called him. Immediately I felt that I have reached the person who wants to talk to me and listen to what I have to say. I told him all the facts of my case and the fact that I needed my wife to come to the USA very soon. He listened and step by step explained to me about the immigrant visa process and how it works. Owais was honest with me that it is usually not possible to expedite cases but he promised that he will try his best. We filed a petition for my wife through his office and as promised, after we got the receipt, he contacted USCIS to explain my circumstances and if they can expedite my case. Sure enough, in just two months he got my petition approved. I was so happy and so was my wife. Now the case went to the National Visa Center and from what Owais told, at that time, there were a lot of delays going on there. However, his office promptly got the work done and even got it expedited from there to the U.S. Embassy. Now covid happened and everything got delayed, they interviewed my wife and kept her passport and won't send us an approval. Owais assured me that he will continue to pursue them and do everything possible. Thankfully, even during covid outbreak, he got the U.S. Embassy to approve the visa and today, my wife is with me in LA. If you need immigration assistance, there is no other place to look, just give him a call and see for yourself.
